Welcome! My name is Karlene Bozkurt, and I am the Founder and Visionary of Energize-With-Nazarene-Karlene.org.

I founded this organization from a deep desire to inspire people to pursue healthier lives, purposeful leadership, and meaningful opportunities through wellness, education, ethical entrepreneurship, and service.

My vision is to build Energize-With-Nazarene-Karlene.org into a globally recognized wellness, leadership, and lifestyle organization that creates lasting value for customers, strategic partners, advisors, and investors. My long-term aspiration is to build a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise through innovation, responsible leadership, strategic partnerships, and the thoughtful use of artificial intelligence. I recognize that this is an aspirational vision that depends on disciplined execution, changing market conditions, customer trust, collaboration, and long-term commitment.

At the heart of our mission is the YADA ESSENE YOGA™ Wellness & Energy Partnership Program, an initiative created to bring together yoga studios, yoga instructors, wellness professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders through education, collaboration, and shared growth. Our purpose is to promote healthier lifestyles, strengthen communities, and create sustainable opportunities through wellness and ethical business practices.

Our organization also celebrates ESSENE ENERGY™, which represents our commitment to living with purpose, pursuing wellness, serving others, and leading with integrity. To me, “energy” represents more than physical vitality—it reflects a balanced approach to life that includes health, resilience, personal growth, compassion, and service.

My faith is at the center of my life and leadership. I identify as a Nazarene teacher and a follower of what I understand to be the Essene Way. These personal beliefs inspire me to pursue a life of faith, wellness, compassion, stewardship, and service. They shape how I lead, how I treat people, and how I approach business with integrity and purpose.

One of the unique aspects of my leadership philosophy is my personal AI Board of Directors— a values-based advisory framework inspired by my faith and the historical and spiritual figures I admire. It serves as a personal guide for reflection and decision-making and reflects my own leadership philosophy. It is not intended to represent a formal corporate governing board.

Artificial intelligence is an important part of our long-term strategy. We believe AI can help us improve strategic planning, customer engagement, educational resources, marketing, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. We view AI as a tool that supports human leadership, creativity, and responsible innovation.

My vision has also been shaped by studying successful companies in the wellness industry, including the historical growth of Tahitian Noni International and the continuing wellness heritage associated with PartnerCo. These examples inspire me to pursue innovation, customer value, and disciplined execution while recognizing that every business follows its own unique path. We do not view another company’s history as a prediction of our future results, but rather as an example of what dedicated leadership and execution can accomplish.

As we continue to grow, our aspiration is to build a respected international organization known for ethical leadership, innovation, wellness, education, and meaningful partnerships. We seek to create lasting value for customers, strategic partners, employees, communities, and investors through service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
